The nose is aromatic, fruity, floral, with touches of pepper, spices, a certain tension. It expresses notes of boysenberry, wild blackcurrant, violet, lily and more slightly of pulpy cherry associated with touches of roasted-juicy raspberry, lilac as well as fine hints of almost menthol/star anise. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, and offers tension, accuracy, a tangy frame, minerality, a certain concentration and fleshiness of the fruit. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, fleshy blackcurrant and more slightly – fleshy strawberry, associated with touches of dry minerality, toasted, pepper as well as fine hints of mocha and sap on the finish/persistence. Airy, tense and gourmet. A fine spherical side on the palate.
