The nose is aromatic and offers concentration and a fine power. It reveals notes of wild black berries, crunchy wild blackberry and small notes of dark chocolate associated with slight hints of flowers, spices and an imperceptible hint of blood orange (on the finish) and toasted / vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-structured and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, a racy minerality, suavity as well as a fine bitterness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, crunchy plum and small notes of blackberry associated with varietal touches (olive tree, grove, garrigue) as well as very discreet hints of dark chocolate (on the finish).
