The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity as well as freshness. It reveals notes of green apple, quince, hay and small notes of juicy / fresh citrus associated with a subtle hint of spices (in the background). The palate is fruity, very slightly “perlante” (very discreet sparkling sensation), well-balanced and offers a fine tension, juiciness, a fine suavity as well as a very slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe lime, quince and small notes of yellow apple associated with very discreet hints of chestnut / butter. Good length. The persistence is slightly acidulous.
