The nose is fresh, mineral, marked by its terroir and offers a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of fresh quince, crunchy small yellow fruits and small notes of dried lemon zest associated with small touches of lilac/white flowers, a slight hint of sage and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize, suavity, a certain/small fat, a fine richness and finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy mirabelle plum and small notes of sweet mandarin associated with touches of lemon blossom/lilac as well as fine hints of fresh mango and hazelnut/spices. A very fine firmness/straightness on the finish/persistence.
