The nose is slightly tight and offers a fine power as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of quenette, lychee and small notes of green apple associated with fine touches of apple blossoms. The palate is fruity and offers a very fine “sparkling/beading” side (on the attack), a fine acidulous frame (acidity of crunchy green apple), a very fine freshness as well as a very fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous green apple, lemon and small notes of zest associated with very fine hints of citron as well as a very discreet hint of local grove and lemon flowers.
