The nose is aromatic and intense. It reveals notes of flowers, honey and small notes of spices and quince associated with subtle hints of ripe white fruits as well as a subtle/imperceptible hint of muesli. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, fine and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight suavity, gourmandise, elegance as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of beeswax/honey, quince and yellow fruits associated with slight notes of exotic fuits (papaya…), green apple, white flowers as well as discreet hints of citrus. Good length. Beautiful and gourmand persistence on slight touches of almond/spices.
