The nose is elegant, fruity, racy and offers a fine richness, minerality as well as a fine very discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of yellow apple, fresh lemon, small notes of small yellow fruits/fresh fruits associated with fine touches of juicy white peach, lemon flowers, a racy minerality and a very discreet hint of pepper/iris. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/juicy frame, a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness as well as precision and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous lemon, juicy/acidulous peach, small notes of green apple associated with touches of small acidulous/fresh yellow fruits as well as hints of racy minerality, lemon flowers, almond flowers and an imperceptible hint of brioche (in the background). Good length. A beautiful persistence.
