The nose is fine, elegant and chalky, a bit closed, revealing nuances of white flowers, honeysuckle, apple blossom, lemons and limes. The palate is tense and linear with a lot of acidity and beautiful mineral backbone. It reveals nuances of verbena, grapefruits, yellow apples, pears, acacia, supported by the salinity and a pleasant bitterness. The finish is long and refreshing.
