The nose is fruity and it offers a fine richness, a fine incisive, a certain richness as well as fat. It reveals the notes of quentte, apple, peach associated with kumquat and fine hint of zest, tilleul, a discreet hint of burned fat almost salty. The mouth is fruity and it offers the juiciness, fat, rounded, gourmandize and nice bitterness, a good definition, a certain unctuosity, and precision. The wine express the notes of quenette, litchi and kumquat associated with zeste as well as fine hint of apricot, a fine touch of acacia, a subtle hint of smoke, a discreet touch of eucalyptus and an imperceptible hint of salty fat.
