The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose expresses pure fruit and a fresh tangy frame – we find notes of tart red cherry, fresh strawberry, crushed raspberry and red currant, associated with a herbaceous hint of cassis leaf. The palate is tangy, on small red fruits (cranberries, strawberry, raspberry, bigarreau cherry), complemented by a hint of cassis bud and the bitterness of wild small cherry on the persistence. The finish has a medium persistence, with sharp acidity and firm tannins.
