The saké is transparent with a pale straw color. The nose is clean with high intensity of fruits like banana, pineapple and a lot of pear flavors. It’s very gourmand. The attack is fresh with pear notes but also a hint of golden apple and some spices like vanilla and pepper. The mouth is a blend of sweetness, umami and minerality. The texture is creamy, it’s big and beautiful. The finish is long. It’s an elegant well-balanced saké.
