The nose is fruity, fresh, with a fine firmness, good definition and very fine power. There are notes of nectarine, lychee and more lightly zest combined with fine touches of mesocarp as well as discreet hints of star anise. The palate is fruity, minerality, juiciness, a little crystalline, with purity of fruit, elegance, some airiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy lemon, lychee and, more lightly, quince, combined with touches of bright apple, as well as fine hints of passion fruit and a subtle hint of yuzu in the background, and racy minerality and iodine, gourmandize, and lovely sapidity and acidity on the finish.
