Agricola Brandini Brut 2018 – Alta Langa Rosato

The nose is gourmand and expresses notes of raspberry coulis, crushed strawberries, red apple, morello cherry, barberry, cranberries, as well as a touch of white pepper, mint, rose hips and a pleasant hint of development (faded rose). The palate expresses the flavors of juicy red fruits (crushed strawberry, red apple, morello cherry, barberry, cranberries), a floral touch (rosehip, dried rose), associated with an expressive minerality (chalk), a hint of pepper (pink pepper), as well as a fine bitterness of pink grapefruit. The finish is long, tangy and complex, complemented by notes of fresh and dried flowers.
