Agricola Brandini Bianco Brut 2019 – Alta Langa

The nose is fragrant and pleasantly spicy. It reveals notes of nutmeg and vanilla, associated with touches of dried flowers, a tangy hint of dried green apple, dried lemon zest, as well as a fine minerality and tertiary aromas of honey and wax in the background. The flavors on the palate reflect the aromas on the nose: we find a fine spicy side of nutmeg and vanilla, notes of citrus, green apple and honey, completed by a touch of dried lemon and candied lemon. In the mid-palate, we find a racy minerality (limestone). The finish is astonishing, long and spicy, with the gourmandise and roundness of white peach, a subtle and pleasant bitterness. A harmonious and elegant wine.
