The nose is fine, elegant, racy and offers delicacy. It reveals notes of quince, apple, small notes of peach associated with small touches of peach flowers, ripe/juicy citrus associated with small touches of peach flowers, ripe/juicy citrus as well as fine hints of nutmeg, dry almond and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a beautiful racy minerality and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy yellow apple, vine peach, small notes of quince associated with a subtle hint of juicy quenette as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg. Good length and persistence.
