Aegerter – Au Vignerais 2021 – Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru

The nose is aromatic. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of kumquat, quince and small notes of dried apple associated with fine touches of spices as well as a discreet floral hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, an acid frame, a certain roundness as well as a fine oxidative side (in the background). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy yellow apple, lemon, dried zest and small notes of flowers associated with touches of yellow pear as well as a subtle almost spicy and malty hint. Good length.
