The nose is fruity, fat, elegant and quite fine. It reveals notes of apple, pineapple and slight notes of quince associated with a touch of beeswax, a slight note of flowers and a discreet note of white pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant and offers freshness, precision and a small acid / fresh frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pineapple, Granny Smith apple and citrus (lemon, mandarin) associated with slight notes of nectarine as well as a touch of honey and flowers. Good length and persistence with notes of citrus and zests.
