It reveals notes of bright cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of bright blueberry, cherry as well as cherry blossom, lilac as well as subtle hints of bourbon vanilla, a discreet hints of cuben pepper, sense of the place (local biotope) and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). The palate is beautifully fresh, gourmand, melodious and offers juiciness, complexity, an acidulous frame, a beautiful freshness as well as an aromatic purity, a very beautiful finesse of the grain and an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright blueberry, small notes of fleshy cassis associated with a touch of wild strawberry, cornflower, lily as well as fine hints of liquorice, tonka bean/cocoa, cardamom, an imperceptible hint of black olive and saffron. Tannins are elegant, precise and offer a certain suppleness. Good length.
