On the nose it is elegant, precise, racy and offers a certain intensity as well as depth. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, boysenberry and more slightly blue berries associated with touches of fleshy Bigarreau cherry, licorice as well as a very discreet hint of pepper. On the palate it is fruity, balanced, elegant and offers a nice freshness, finesse, juiciness, a nice delicate texture, roundness, smoothness as well as a good balance (almost a fine airy side). The wine expresses notes of pulpy / creamy blackberry, cassis and more slightly crushed raspberry associated with touches of pulpy / creamy blueberry, fine hints of chocolate, lilac, iris as well as a subtle tip of plum blossoms and zan. The tannins are precise, smooth and structuring. Sapidity at the end of the palate. A good length. Presence of a small bite on the end of the palate / persistence which brings gourmandize. Presence of a very discreet saline hint and a subtle bitterness on the end of the palate, this brings length and liveliness.
