The first nose is reserved, a little bitter and lemony. It expresses notes of grapefruit, lemon, lime zest, a touch of hay and apricot, combined with notes of lime blossom, honey and wax. The palate is gourmand and fleshy. The texture is oily and slightly buttery. It expresses flavors of peach, apricot, toast, hazelnut, candied, dried and fresh lemon. A beautiful balance and persistence on a good bitterness.
