The nose is spicy, frank, racy and offers an oriental side (coriander, curcuma/cumin). It reveals notes of dried tobacco, dried orange and small notes of dried peach associated with a touch of concentrated dried apricot, green cardamom, small dried fruits as well as fine hints of rancio, almost dry undergrowth and a hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers an acidulous frame, a chiseled side as well as a certain concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried Quetsche plum, prune and small notes of Corinth raisin associated with touches of tajine spices as well as fine hints of caramelization, blond tobacco, discreet hints of rancio and marmalade/dried orange. Good length. The persistence is finely powerful and vibrant. A discreet alcoholic hint in the background.
