The nose is marked by spices. It reveals notes of prune, fresh date and small notes of pâtisseries associated with touches of red pepper as well as fine hints of cumin and a subtle almost wild fennel hint. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, minerality, a certain small freshness, an acidulous frame as well as a silky-fresh. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Quetsche plum, date and small notes of fruit marmalade associated with touches of candied fruit cake, hints of star anise, wild fennel as well as a hint of eucalyptus, flint, roasted almond and green coffee. Good length.
