The nose is concentrated, fruity and ripe. It expresses aromas of wild strawberry, morello cherry, blackberry, dried red cherry), as well as a savoury spiciness (black pepper, liquorice, vanilla), a touch of dried rose, chocolate, completed by a delicate minerality. The palate is straight and slender, with a good bitterness and enveloped herbaceous nuances (dried rosemary, dried thyme). The tannins are slightly tight, but wrapped and have a fine and elegant grain. We find the gourmet flavors of ripe fruits (morello cherry, wild strawberry, blackberry, red cherry), completed by a sweet touch of chocolate morello cherry, vanilla and liquorice. The finish is persistent, on notes of dried black fruits. A fresh and well-constructed wine.
