The nose is fruity and concentrated. It expresses notes of morello cherry, blackberry, strawberry and raspberry, which combine after aeration with refreshing menthol touches of pine needles, menthol, fresh wood (even sap), as well as a sweet spiciness (liquorice, star anise, cardamom) and a hint of lily. The palate is straight, refined, but has a tight tannic structure, slightly dry. It expresses gourmet fruity flavors (blackberry, morello cherry, red cherry, raspberry), refreshed by menthol (pine needles, sap) and spicy notes (liquorice, cardamom, star anise). Good tangy persistence.
