A nos Amours de Lafont-Fourcat 2017 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is elegant, delicate and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, generosity, gourmandize, intensity, a small unctuous sensation as well as a certain delicacy. It reveals notes of crushed pear, lychee and small notes of vanilla flowers associated with touches of quenette, crushed small white fruits as well as discreet hints of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, tension, precision, a beautiful fine grain, roundness, delicacy, sapidity, structure, freshness, almost a melodious side as well as softness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lychee, quenette and small notes of unctuous pear associated with touches of unctuous vine peach, vanilla, vanilla flowers, almond as well as very discreet hints of fresh oak and a very discreet pencil lead. Good length. Almost a fine tannic sensation on the finish.
