(42%) The nose is aromatic and powerful. It reveals notes of crunchy red peach, red apple and small notes of quince associated with small touches of flowers (rose, violets) and hints of spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a small straightness, a fine acidulous frame, fleshiness, good matter, gourmandise as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cooked vine peach, cooked apple and small notes of butter apple associated with small touches of crushed Williams pear as well as a discreet hint of mirabelle plum and pâtisseries. Good length.
