On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of small pulpy/crushed fruits, juicy/Fresh raspberry as well as fine hints of toasted, chocolate. Tannins are well-built. Good length. An imperceptible hint of bitterness of the cocoa on the persistence. A very discreet hint of vanilla on the aftertaste.
