It reveals notes of boysenberry, bright purple plum and small notes of Cubeb pepper associated with touches of cornflower, blond tobacco, juniper berries, black pepper as well as fine almost mentholated hints (in the background), discreet almost graphene hints, Kampot pepper and wild pepper (in its floral side). The palate is beautifully built, supple, fresh, a beautiful elegant, gourmande, beautifully textured and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, fullness as well as an airy side and a nice finesse in its fat. Lovely pulpiness full of finesse. All in accuracy. A velvety, charming, dense, delicate and airy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, ripe blackcurrant and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of bright red berries, small fruits flirting with the roasted-elegant (a Mediterranean accent in its fruit), vanilla, purple plum, star anise, a hint of flowers (cornflower, lilac), small blue fruits, toasted hazelnut, cardamom, a subtle almost grilled hint (from the pip) in the background, sappy and bergamot. Tannins are mellow, sappy, sapid and elegant. A fine chalky side. An imperceptible saline hint in the background. A splendid wine! Airy creaminess, elegance and an extreme finesse of the grain.
