The palate is airy, subtle and light, a little less aromatic than the nose. It expresses notes of lime zest, yellow lemon and grapefruit, combined with touches of acacia, apple blossom, brioche, fresh almond, as well as a touch of saline minerality on the finish. Nice freshness and good persistence in the mouth.
