Château Granins Poujeaux 2023 – Moulis-en-Médoc

The nose is fresh, floral and offers fruit, a certain little tension. It reveals notes of blackberry, fresh pepper and small notes of fresh strawberry associated with touches of aromatic herbs as well as a fine hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, balanced, taut and offers juiciness, minerality, brilliance as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, juicy/pulpy raspberry and small notes of small bright red berries associated with touches of crushed cassis, nutmeg as well as a hint of toast. The tannins are soft and sapid. Fine hints of liquorice in the background.
