The nose is fresh and offers a nice complexity and an airy side. It expresses notes of creamy boysenberry, pepper and more slightly – fresh lily associated with touches of cornflower and a hint of spices. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, smoothness, a certain silkiness and tension, energy and a little varietal side in the background which reinforces the energy. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – pulpy/juicy purple plum, associated with a varietal touch as well as a hint of fresh flowers and almond. Good length and a subtle, almost iodized hint in the background. A fine hint of infusion on the finish/persistence.
