The nose is aromatic, racy and offers elegance and complexity. It expresses notes of violet, bigarreau cherry and, more slightly, small roasted red fruits, combined with a discreet hint of vanilla, camphor and fresh black pepper, as well as fine hints of balsamic. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a nice definition, a tangy frame, minerality, a nice energy, a certain purity and depth, and an almost crystalline hint in its minerality. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, small crushed red berries and, more slightly, creamy berries, associated with touches of roast, zan, discreet hints of violet and chocolate, as well as a fine hint of balsamic. Good length.
