Notes of ripe wild blackberry, toast and more lightly ripe strawberry associated with hints of violet, plum as well as fine points of nutmeg, hazelnut, fine points of saffron, spices and toast. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, gourmandize, a certain juiciness, dynamism as well as richness rightly conducted/finely tightened and a fine compact side. On the palate, expressing notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crushed black currant and more lightly juicy/pulpy purple plum combined with hints of toast, cocoa, roast, vanilla/strawberry as well as hints of toasted almond, nutmeg, star anise and fine vanilla. Good length.
