N°3 D’Angélus 2020, Saint-Emilion

On the nose, fruity and offers a fine texture. It reveals notes of small red berries, strawberry with hints of violet associated with a small touch of zan, small black fruits, nutmeg and a discreet hint of pepper.   On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, generosity in the fruit, an acidity frame.   The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy red berries, raspberry and subtle hints of crunchy plum associated with a touch of crunchy blackcurrant as well as fine hints of violet, camphor, with discreet notes of gray pepper, with an imperceptible hint of licorice, violet and a subtle hint of pepper. Good length. The tannins are delicately creamy.
