On the palate, fruity and offers suavity, roundness, freshness, a little richness, a little fat, a fine tension, minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame and a generous fruit. The wine expresses notes of small juicy/pulpy black berries, fresh/juicy cherry and slightly fleshy currant combined with hints of zan, nutmeg, sophisticated minerality, fresh lily and a discreet touch of pepper. The tannins are finely marked.
