The nose is elegant, fruity, complex, spicy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy cassis and more slightly gray pepper associated with small touches of sweet spices, red fruits, liquorice stick, lily/varietals, toasted and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful suavity, silkiness, a good definition as well as a beautiful texture/material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, ripe/juicy redcurrant and small touches of juicy cassis associated with fin e hints of small red berries, flowers, discreet hints of toasted, cocoa, grilled oak as well as very discreet hints of cardamom and toasted hazel nut. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
