And with it, all the dishes in which one of the kings of cuisine is employed, as in the egg; also worth trying are the spaghetti with tomato sauce, tagliatelle with meat sauce, tar- tare, fried mountain potatoes and mozzarella in carrozza, and crusted tuna.
