
The oil has a bright golden color. The nose is fragrant, vegetal, and fresh, with dominant aromas of fleshy, tangy tomatoes (yellow tomato, vine tomato, a touch of crushed green zebra tomato). Once warmed, the oil also expresses notes of sautéed zucchini, dried rosemary, a hint of lightly toasted almond, and a delicate mineral touch. On the palate, there is a delicate but expressive bitterness of bitter almond, notes of sautéed zucchini with Mediterranean herbs, fresh black tomato, vine tomato, crushed yellow tomato, as well as bouquet garni and hazelnut shell. The texture is silky, enveloping, not heavy. The oil is persistent on the palate, with herbaceous and fresh olive notes, with a very slightly perceptible bitterness.
