Pale lemon colour. Slightly reductive nose of sesame seeds and brioche. Juicy with high acidity, citrusy notes and a hint of acacia, and dense, tight texture. Shows excellent potential but needs time.

Graf Neipperg Schlossberg Weisser Burgunder GG 2021

The nose is rich and smoky, with ripe yellow fruit notes, nuances of ripe lemon and a touch of honeysuckle. The palate is dry, slightly oxidative with citrusy, zesty acidity, savoury notes all through, a bit bitter of the finish.

The nose is finely reductive, very delicately smoky. The palate is dry, saline, mineral, with white and yellow orchard fruits in the background, very savoury, makes you salivate. A very beautiful, quite of a Burgundian style with elevated, zesty acidity
