Pale lemon colour with perfumed notes of pollen and acacia. The nose is restrained yet aromatic, while the palate reveals high, almost painful acidity and intense minerality. A complex, precise wine with a salty, mineral edge and great ageing potential.

Medium yellow colour. Herbal notes of nettle and sorrel with concentrated flavours of ripe yellow apples and Sicilian lemons. A smoky hint of oak is complimented by vanilla and spice notes. Good power and length, with a long, pleasing finish.

Pale lemon colour. Pungent nose with intense citrus zest, lemon, and lemongrass notes. Very juicy with high acidity and excellent concentration coming from the basalt soils. Zesty and lemony with a long finish.
