
Pale lemon colour. Reductive, smoky nose showing generous amount of new oak. Full-bodied with excellent acidity, rich yet balanced. Flavours of yellow fruits and a hint of pineapple. Delicious with good freshness and potential for further development.

Pale lemon colour. Slightly reductive nose of sesame seeds and brioche. Juicy with high acidity, citrusy notes and a hint of acacia, and dense, tight texture. Shows excellent potential but needs time.

Pale yellow colour. On the nose shows smoky, Burgundian reduction with notes of struck match and roasted sesame seeds. The palate features elevated acidity and a creamy yet vertical texture, enhanced by lees stirring. It offers a long, saline finish and is very pleasing and delicious.

Pale lemon colour with perfumed notes of pollen and acacia. The nose is restrained yet aromatic, while the palate reveals high, almost painful acidity and intense minerality. A complex, precise wine with a salty, mineral edge and great ageing potential. Needs time to fully develop

Medium yellow colour. Herbal notes of nettle and sorrel with concentrated flavours of ripe yellow apples and Sicilian lemons. A smoky hint of oak is complimented by vanilla and spice notes. Good power and length, with a long, pleasing finish.

Pale lemon colour. Pungent nose with intense citrus zest, lemon, and lemongrass notes. Very juicy with high acidity and excellent concentration coming from the basalt soils. Zesty and lemony with a long finish.
