An altitude cru yielding a vertical, structured, and fresh Pinot Noir. Taut tannins, hints of dried fruit, flowers, and a ferrous minerality. Persistent and with remarkable structure, it recalls a Volnay but maintains its distinct Alsatian character.

A historic cru with sandy-granitic soils, this Pinot Noir is intense, concentrated, with violet and spice notes, elegant tannins, and aging potential. A wine with a Burgundian soul.

A communal cru not yet AOC-recognized for Pinot Noir, the 2023 label features a landscape illustration by an artist. The wine is elegant, floral, citrus-driven, with light tannins and a slightly bitter finish. It opens progressively in the glass.

An exquisitely refined and delicate Pinot Noir, produced in extremely limited quantities (1 barrique of 350 liters). From marl-limestone soils with south/south-east exposure, the wine is aerial, broad, and aromatic, with hints of rose, sweet spices, and silky tannins. From marl-limestone soils at around 300 meters, this Pinot Noir shows more power and structure than La Colline: dark fruit, fleshiness, yet still tightly wound with tannins needing time to soften. More Burgundian in style, with a touch of astringency.

A richer, more compact version of the 2021, with slightly more new oak influence. The palate is juicy, with well-polished but present tannins, a chalky finish, and a return of spice. A wine of great depth and aging potential.

From granitic soils at 230 meters altitude, this wine offers a tense, vertical, and vibrant profile. In this cool vintage, Pinot Noir expresses fresh fruit, delicate spice, and a structure that builds progressively, with a very long, curry- and pepper-tinged finish. A wine that dances between the freshness of Beaujolais and the seriousness of the…

The nose is elegant, racy, intense and presents energy and power. It reveals notes of wild cassis, violet and small concentrated black berries, associated with touches of juniper berries, juicy roasted red cherry, a hint of camphor, cardamom, licorice stick, as well as a discreet hint of roast-elegant and sweet tobacco. The palate is well-built,…

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small work on the maceration (but all in control). It reveals notes of small yellow fruits, physalis and fresh mirabelle plum associated with touches of quince, verbena, zest, as well as a subtle hint of lime blossom and discreet touches of fresh garrigue. The palate is well-built,…
