Staglin Family Vineyard Estate – Chardonnay 2012 – Napa Valley

The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals slight notes of ripe fruits combined with hints of apple, peach, citrus (lemon, clementine) and a slight hint of roasted pineapple, caramel, flowers and a touch of sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, relatively rich and offers a creamy/fleshy texture. It expresses notes of fleshy fruit and mirabelle plum associated with slight notes of peach, citrus and a touch of pear and sweet spices. Good length. A nice wine!
