Cabernet Sauvignon 100%. Not quite expressive on the nose, with hints of herbaceous, savoury, peppery notes complemented by nuances of blackberry and cassis. Very classy, fluid texture with perfectly integrated acidity and chalky tannins. “Cool-climate” and European in its feel.
