Valdangius – Olio (blend des 3) 2025/2026, Umbria (Italy)

The nose is beautiful, elegant, delicate, pure and precise, consistently displaying that harmonious combination of power and finesse which recalls the wines of the estate. It reveals notes of fleshy yellow tomato, Pineapple tomato, fleshy green tomato and, more discreetly, preserved zucchini, combined with delicate hints of fresh rosemary and a subtle almost fresh, pulpy physalis nuance. The palate is beautifully crafted, gourmand and savoury, offering lovely creaminess, intensity and excellent balance. It also displays an elegant, well-integrated bitterness. It expresses notes of fleshy, juicy yellow tomato, fresh red tomato and, more discreetly, fresh herbs, combined with touches of fleshy green tomato, delicate hints of fresh olive leaf, a floral touch and a subtle almost acacia note in the background. Elegant, rich and delicate.
