A Pinot Noir that some aspects (earthy, floral, undergrowth… ) refers to the wines of Burgundy. The nose shows floral and fruity notes (cherry, raspberry), but also roasted notes and spices (cinnamon, vanilla). The palate is rich, dynamic, fleshy, balanced and expresses notes of ripe red fruits, plum and spices (vanilla end). The tannins are well made but they need to age 2 or 3 years in more. A pleasant wine to taste.
