SOL Expo 2026: Verona Celebrates Olive Oil Excellence
Three days dedicated to the Italian and international olive oil supply chain, with tastings, conferences and industry meetings

From 1 March 2026, the city of Verona will host the second edition of SOL Expo – The Olive & Oil Trade Show, a key event for professionals and olive oil enthusiasts alike. Held at the Veronafiere exhibition centre until 3 March, the show aims to strengthen its position as a strategic platform dedicated to olive oil excellence and the entire supply chain.

The official opening will take place on Sunday 1 March at 11 a.m. in the Area Talk of Hall 12. Several institutional representatives are expected to attend, including Federico Bricolo, President of Veronafiere, Damiano Tommasi, Mayor of Verona, and leading national agricultural authorities. The visit at 2 p.m. by Italy’s Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida, highlights the strategic relevance of the event for the agri-food sector.
Positioned as an international trade fair, SOL Expo shines a spotlight on extra virgin olive oil, one of the most emblematic products of Made in Italy and the third most consumed agri-food product in the country after pasta and pizza. Over three days, 230 companies representing 15 Italian producing regions will be present, alongside exhibitors from Slovenia, Spain and Hungary.
With more than 90 scheduled events including guided tastings, thematic conferences, technical workshops and supply chain meetings, the show offers a comprehensive overview of the sector. Designed as an immersive experience, SOL Expo encourages dialogue between producers, buyers, distributors and opinion leaders while addressing economic and environmental challenges facing the industry.
