(100% Cabernet Sauvignon / Demeter): The wine has got a deep ruby color. The first nose is a little bit closed, it’s a wine that needs aeration. Little by little, the black fruits are appearing with a nice freshness. The mouth is fresh, with a good acidity and powerful tannins which continue until the finish. We have black fruits such as black berry and juicy cherry. The vanilla appears at the end. The wine is long and powerful.
