The nose is elegant, beautifully fresh, racy and mineral. It reveals notes of small fresh/juicy yellow berries, mirabelle plum and small notes of quince, associated with touches of crushed apple, as well as notes of fresh butter, white flowers and apple blossom. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, juicy and offers gourmandise, purity, fatness and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, juicy/pulpy nectarine and small notes of Amalfi lemon, combined with touches of small crunchy yellow berries, as well as delicate hints of acacia and verbena. Good length. Precise, mellow tannins. A hint of salinity.
