The nose is elegant, aromatic, precise and offers a good definition, accuracy, deepness as well as a certain concentration with elegance. An invitation to work the wine in the glass. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of dried plum, crushed cherry and small notes of crushed small fruits, violet associated with touches of concentrated blackberry, discreet hints of crushed strawberry, a hint of kumquat marmalade, discreet hints of cornflowers, dried orange and a hint of fig. The palate is beautifully built, fresh, elegant, harmonious, round, ample and offers a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, energy, purity, a beautiful definition, delicacy as well as a beautiful matter / texture. Beautifully rich and silky at the same time. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, purple fig, and small notes of crushed strawberry combined with a touch of mandarin, fine hints of bright red plum, as well as a hint of chocolate, toast, smoke, and a hint of oriental spices. Tannins are savory/tasty and mellow/elegant. Good length.
